Fiona Fisher CBA is an award winning and world renowned balloon artist and balloon instructor. She has been a balloon artist since March 1999 and a balloon instructor since 2003. Fiona travels the world installing large scale balloon decor and sculptures, she also teaches balloon artistry around the globe.
